Meet Jason, Your Tutor

Jason Hwang, SAT instructor

Hi, my name is Jason Hwang. I provide high quality tutoring for the SAT and academic subjects. I founded Soar Scholars to deliver consistent, effective instruction. That's the mission, and that's my focus.

Here's a summary of my approach: after a decade of tutoring, I've found that there are two key factors that drive academic success: consistency, and targeted instruction. Consistency is what takes students from ups and downs to steady, lasting gains. Targeted instruction beats rote memorization, and this is especially true for the SAT.
